At the recent National Age Friendly Awards, Foxrock businesses were shortlisted in the Age Friendly Business Innovation category. This was a wonderful achievement and demonstrates the commitment of the village businesses which ensures that, in partnership with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Co. Council, Foxrock is an Age Friendly Village.

We are thrilled that Foxrock won a bronze medal in the 2025 National SuperValu Tidy Towns competition. When the judging took place earlier in the year the judges were unable to find any litter at all. We are equally thrilled that Foxrock won Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Co. Council Best Town/Village in the 1-3,000 population category for the third year in a row.
